Editorial Guidelines

Editorial Guidelines

AI Ground News is committed to producing high-quality, accurate, and trustworthy journalism about artificial intelligence and the technology industry. These guidelines describe the principles and processes that govern our editorial content.

1. Accuracy and Verification

We strive for accuracy in every article we publish. Every factual claim must be verifiable against a primary source — company announcements, SEC filings, peer-reviewed research, or direct statements from named individuals. When reporting breaking news, we always link to original sources so readers can verify information themselves.

2. Originality

All articles on AI Ground News are original works produced by our editorial team. We do not copy or republish content from other outlets. When we reference another publication’s reporting, we credit them clearly with a link to the original source. Our articles provide original analysis, context, and perspective — not simple rewrites.

3. Independence

Our editorial decisions are made independently of our advertisers, sponsors, or business partners. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled. We do not accept payment for coverage, positive reviews, or editorial placement. If an article involves a company we have a relationship with, that relationship is disclosed.

4. Corrections and Transparency

Errors happen. When they do, we correct them transparently. If a material correction is made to an article after publication, we note the correction clearly at the end of the article with the date it was made. Report suspected errors to promentorsyou@gmail.com.

5. Sourcing

We prefer named sources and on-the-record statements wherever possible. Where anonymous sources are used, we explain why anonymity was granted and take steps to corroborate claims with additional evidence.

6. Avoiding Hype

The AI industry is prone to hype. We work hard to separate real developments from marketing claims. We are skeptical of unverified benchmarks, overblown product demos, and speculative claims about artificial general intelligence. Our readers come to us for clear analysis, not fawning coverage.

7. Reader Privacy

We respect reader privacy. See our Privacy Policy for a full account of how we collect and use data.

8. AI-Assisted Workflow

We use modern editorial tools — including AI-assisted research and drafting tools — to help produce our articles efficiently. However, every article is reviewed and edited by our editorial team for accuracy, quality, and voice before publication. We do not publish unchecked automated output.

9. Comment Policy

We welcome respectful discussion. Hate speech, harassment, spam, and personal attacks will be removed. Repeat offenders will be banned.
